The Isuzu Duramax J-43266 is designed for installing injector nozzle sleeves in Isuzu Duramax 7800 engines with 7.8L displacement, specifically for the Isuzu NPR 4HK1 model from 2005 to 2010.
This tool is used with the ST-216 or J-43265 to remove the old sleeve and replace it with a new one whenever there is leakage between the cylinder head and the sleeve or when servicing the cylinder head. The J-43266 installer utilizes the underside of the engine block as support while pressing the sleeve into the top deck.
