This tool is used to remove the pump support assembly on Allison model AT 540, AT 543, AT 545 transmission. F, Y, C/K, S/T, M/L, G/P, 3L80 & HD, 4L60

Without J-25022 adapter, the J-24473-A will not attach to the output shaft.

Used to check the transmission end play after reassembly of transmission.
