This high-quality aftermarket tool set is designed for use with the Duramax 7800 7.8L engine and 2005-2010 Isuzu NPR 4HK1.

Applications:

• Duramax 7800 7.8L
• 2005-2010 Isuzu NPR 4HK1

Usage:

• ST-216: This tool is used to remove the sleeve. It utilizes the top deck of the block as support while pulling the sleeve from below.
• ST-217: Used to install the new sleeve after removing the old one with ST-216. This installer uses the underside of the block as support while pressing the sleeve into the top deck.

The sleeves and their seals should be replaced whenever there is leakage between the cylinder head and the sleeve or when servicing the cylinder head.

If you wish to do this job in-vehicle you’ll need ST-S923 instead.
