Features

• Features sealed ball bearing raceway on the floor pivot
• For door widths up to 3’6″
• Door will swing 180 degrees (trim permitting)
• Bronze bearing with hardened and ground steel stud in top pivot
• 1-1/2″ offset hung pivot sets locate the pivot point 3/4″ from the heel edge of the door and 1-1/2″ from the face of the door
• 1-1/2″ pivot sets are used to clear trim or allow decorative panels to be applied to the face of the door
• Doors over 60″ require the use of an intermediate pivot. Every additional 30″ of door height warrants the addition of another intermediate pivot. For an intermediate pivot use our 1-1/2″ Offset Intermediate Pivot.
• Bottom pivot is designed to be mortised into the floor
