Water based sealer for tile, grout, brick and concrete. Excellent water repellant for interior and exterior surfaces.
A V.O.C. compliant impregnating sealer, which penetrates grout, concrete and masonry surfaces to protect against water staining while allowing substrate to properly breath. Will not change surface appearance. Excellent pre-sealer and grout release.
